Lun (right in illustration) A large chime, approx. 90 cm long and with 6 tubes tuned pentatonically according to an old Chinese tradition. The long tubes produce a deep sound. The lun chimes are in naturally coloured wood with silver coloured tubes.( with copper coloured tubes, like in the illustration, is not available) sound Kyoto (left in illustration) A Japanese version with 5 tubes and slightly smaller (approx. 60 cm), the kyoto chimes produces a slightly higher tone than that of the lun-chimes.
